I joined Uptivity back in 2017 as a Technical Support Apprentice and have since progressed on to become a Technical Manager. During my time here at Uptivity, I’ve developed a great set of useful skills in not only product development, but also customer services. As the main point of call for our clients when it comes to technical issues or queries, I have been able to build meaningful and lasting professional relationships with clients across the world.
Alongside designers, coders, and web-developers, I play a crucial role in the creation of our apps; troubleshooting, testing, and implementing our software into client’s businesses. As their technical support contact, I am able to help businesses across the UK get up and running with their new software quickly and efficiently. As such, I have a wealth of experience in a variety of different sectors including; foodservices, healthcare, retail, hospitality, recruiting and more!
In my spare time (a lot like my colleague Ash!), I don’t have any but in the time I do have I spend this researching PPC (Paid Per Click) methods and strategies for ourselves & clients.
